Zee 24 Ghanta Launches Fourth Season of Quiz Whizz, West Bengal's Premier Inter-School Knowledge Competition

Kolkata – Zee 24 Ghanta is launching the fourth iteration of its flagship inter-school quiz championship, Quiz Whizz 2026 – Season 4, as part of its commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity and healthy academic competition among Bengal's youth.

The programme will premiere on July 11th, with new episodes broadcast every Saturday and Sunday at 9:55 AM. The initiative brings together 48 talented students representing 24 prominent schools from across West Bengal in a rigorous test of knowledge and quick thinking.

The competition structure encompasses 6 Quarter Finals, 2 Wild Card Rounds, 2 Semi Finals, and a Grand Finale. Participants will demonstrate their intellectual prowess, analytical abilities and collaborative skills throughout the tournament. Actor Tota Roy Chowdhury, recognised for his work in Bengali and Hindi film industries, serves as the Quiz Master, steering the competition with dynamic engagement.

The programme extends beyond the quiz format itself, incorporating special segments featuring accomplished professionals from various sectors. These sessions aim to provide students with insights into educational pathways, career opportunities and personal development strategies. A grand awards ceremony will conclude the season, recognising the achievements of the top-performing teams.
