MUMBAI — The music world has taken notice as "Tabaahi," the debut single from the forthcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, climbs the charts and resonates with audiences. Composer and vocalist Vishal Mishra has now shared details about how the track came together, highlighting the pivotal creative role played by the film's lead actor, Pan-India star Rocking Star Yash.

Through an Instagram post, Vishal opened up about Yash's instrumental involvement in conceptualizing "Tabaahi." According to Mishra, Yash had conceived the song's central idea before any recording took place, positioning the actor as both a creative partner and an influential mentor figure.

"All the credit goes to my big bro @thenameisyash… He thought of the word 'Tabaahi' even before we made the song, and every inch of my creativity belongs to us," Vishal wrote in his post, praising Yash as "simply the BEST."

The composer also expressed gratitude toward Toxic's director, Geetu Mohandas, crediting Yash for the introduction. Vishal described Mohandas as "the energy behind it all" and signed off with optimism about the project's trajectory.

Helmed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is an action drama penned, produced, and starring Rocking Star Yash through his banner Monster Mind Creations, alongside KVN Productions. The ensemble includes Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi. The film is scheduled for worldwide theatrical distribution on August 26, 2026.
