New Delhi, 15 July 2026: The textile industry gathered in force at Bharat Tex 2026, which opened its doors on July 14 at Bharat Mandapam in the capital. Organised by a consortium of Textile Export Promotion Councils with backing from the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, the event assembled a diverse mix of manufacturers, buyers, brands, exporters, and sector players from worldwide.

The sprawling exhibition drew impressive numbers this year: more than 7,000 international buyers, over 1,600 exhibitors, and close to 1.3 lakh trade visitors. Throughout the four days, the platform hosted numerous sessions addressing sustainability, technological advancement, innovation, and the sector's trajectory moving forward.

Among the participating companies was D.BADAMI Fashion Connection LLP, a division of Dhingar Silk Mills Private Limited, which presented its premium fabric collection to market players. The response proved encouraging, with steady traffic at the company's stall from retail buyers, apparel manufacturers, retailers, sourcing agents, and commercial contacts seeking quality textile options. The strong footfall underscored D.BADAMI's growing range of offerings and its expanding reach across both domestic and overseas markets.
