Hyderabad Job Fair Places Over 2,500 Technical Students with Leading Corporations

Hyderabad's recruitment landscape received a significant boost as a major job fair hosted at the Mallepally Government ITI campus on Monday drew participation from more than 2,500 students and over 30 prominent enterprises. The event, coordinated by Tata Technologies Limited, brought together graduates from 30 Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs) across the Hyderabad region with hiring teams from companies operating nationwide.
Strong Demand for Advanced Technical Skills
The scale of employer participation underscored robust market demand for professionals trained in cutting-edge manufacturing and automation fields. Recruiters prioritised candidates with expertise in Industrial Robotics, Electric Vehicle technology, CNC Machining, and automation systems. Representatives from participating firms attributed the strong turnout to growing recognition of the state's skill development programmes and the critical shortage of technically proficient workers in these specialised domains.
Competitive Compensation Structures
Participating employers unveiled salary packages reflecting the premium placed on technical expertise. Tata Motors extended offers ranging from Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 20,000 monthly for positions across its facilities in Pune and Gujarat, resulting in significant hiring numbers. Azad Engineering Limited, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer, pitched higher at Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month depending on individual qualifications, positioning itself among the event's top-paying recruiters.
Other major employers structured their offerings around location and benefits. Jindal Corporation presented Rs. 12,000 monthly compensation alongside housing arrangements for Hyderabad-based roles. Axis Global Automation advertised Rs. 16,000 monthly salaries with accommodation for postings in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha. Between 15 and 20 additional companies also conducted recruitment during the fair.
Diverse Technical Backgrounds Among Participants
The 2,265 eligible candidates who attended represented six distinct technical programmes. The Industrial Robotics and Digital Manufacturing Technician course provided the largest contingent at 846 students, followed by 733 participants from Manufacturing Process Control and Automation Technician training. Engineering Design Technician programmes contributed 365 students, while the Mechanic Electric Vehicle specialisation sent 145 candidates. The Advanced CNC Machining Technician course was represented by 103 students, and 73 attended from the Virtual Analysis and Designer programme.
The event demonstrated sustained momentum in the employment of Advanced Technology Centre graduates, reflecting both institutional success in curriculum design and genuine industry appetite for this emerging talent pool.
