Grand Hyatt Gurgaon Marks Eid with Curated Awadhi and Mughlai Feast

Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is inviting guests to join a festive Eid celebration at Maison Maiya, where the hotel's culinary team has designed a dining experience centred on authentic regional cuisine and celebratory traditions. The evening promises to blend rich cultural heritage with the hotel's contemporary luxury setting.
The specially designed menu draws inspiration from Awadhi and Mughlai cooking traditions. The dinner opens with appetisers including Aloo Bukhara Paneer Tikka and Chandani Murgh Malai Tikka, both prepared using aromatic spices and time-honoured cooking methods.
The main course spreads across several signature dishes. Guests will encounter the Awadhi Gosht Korma, Chicken Changezi, Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani, and Gulnar Vegetable Dum Biryani. These are accompanied by freshly baked breads—Sheermal, Peshawari Naan, and Khamiri Roti—each contributing to the authentic character of the meal.
The dining experience concludes with traditional sweets. The dessert selection includes Sheer Khurma, Phirni, and Gulab Jamun, presented within the restaurant's elegant setting.
