Felix Plaza Debuts in Gurugram as Major Retail and Lifestyle Hub

A significant new retail development has opened its doors in Gurugram, with Felix Plaza now welcoming shoppers to Sector 82A. The sprawling 8 lakh square foot facility marks an expansion of organised retail infrastructure in the rapidly developing residential zones of New Gurugram.
The venue functions as an integrated shopping and entertainment complex, housing over 150 brands spanning fashion, beauty, electronics, dining and leisure categories. The retail mix combines internationally recognised names with established Indian chains, creating a diverse commercial ecosystem.
The anchor tenants include Cinepolis, Mr. DIY and Fun City. International fashion brands present at the mall range from H&M and Marks & Spencer to Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Guess, Birkenstock and Aldo. Lifestyle, Westside and other Indian retailers complete the fashion offering. Several brands are making their Gurugram debut through this venue, including R&B Fashion, Skin Bae and Style Union.
Beyond retail, the complex prioritises experiential elements to extend visitor engagement. A 4-screen Cinepolis multiplex, Fun City entertainment centre, Fun Block, the GameX arena and a dedicated 2-acre outdoor event space support this vision. The food and beverage segment features a 600-seat food court complemented by outlets including Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Chaayos, Punjab Grill and Nando's.
A spokesperson for the development stated that retail in Gurugram's emerging urban corridors is transitioning away from purely transactional models toward experience-focused destinations. "Felix Plaza represents a curated ecosystem merging premier global and Indian brands with entertainment, dining and community spaces," the spokesperson explained. The development aims to position itself as a catalyst for organised retail expansion in high-potential areas of the city.
The facility has generated considerable consumer interest since its launch, with management indicating that momentum continues to build as additional brands and promotional activities roll out.
